FEBRUARY IS “RELATIONSHIP WELLNESS MONTH”

Of course, how appropriate for February, the month that contains Valentine’s Day,

BUT

a relationship is more than just a husband and wife / two significant others, or a boyfriend and girlfriend.

In life, we have numerous different relationships.

BUT

Whether it is a family relationship (parent – child, child – parent, cousins, aunts and uncles), work relationship (employer – employee, employee – employer, co-workers), life relationship (friend, neighbor, church member, organization member), personal relationship with that one significant other, or self-relationship, making sure that relationship is healthy takes work.

This month, I plan to explore how to keep some of our relationships healthy. Each Wednesday this month, I will be writing about a different kind of relationship and how to keep it healthy.
